You should now see the main menu. If it exits after the 2 grants then the keys that were used for activation are incorrect. Please run the statuslightactivator and email the corrected keys to greentech@nc.rr.com. The best way for me to received the correct keys is to use the CommPort activation method. Email the line from the hyperterminal session along with your refid and I will send you the corrected program.
Select "Copy Contacts" and press ok. The phone will ask you to grant permission to read the user data. When you press ok, the phone will suspend the app and you will be at the suspended apps folder. Select GTCallerID and press ok, the program will resume. If it is still copyting your contacts it will say "Copying...Please Wait" just under the menu choices. When it is finished it will tell you the number of contacts it copied. Contacts that do not have phone numbers listed will not be copied, so this number may be lower than the actual number of contacts stored in your phone book.
NOTE: One issue I encountered was the NEXTEL CARE entry had a corrupted timestamp so not all of my contacts were copied. To correct this, exit GTCallerID and edit the phone book entry for NEXTEL CARE, don't change anything then press done. This will correct the corrupted timestamp. Then start GTCallerID again and select the "Copy Contacts" menu item as described previously.
The next menu item under "Copy Contacts" is "Exit Call Off". Version 1.0.0 does not have the capability to adjust the volume or call waiting, so if you would like to use these features select this menu item and press OK. The menu choice will change to "Exit Call On". Preferences are saved immediately.
The last menu choice is "InCall Flash On". If you do not have the exit call feature turned on and you want to show off your i730 you can choose to have the external led flash once every 2 seconds in alternating colors. If "Exit Call On" is selected, the program will exit when a call is accepted, so the "InCall Flash" option will not flash the led even though the menu choice has it turned on.
This menu option lets you reject calls automatically that are not in your contact list.
In addition to playing your ringtone and flashing the keypad, you can turn on this option to vibrate the handset. Use this in very loud settings where you may or may not hear your ringtone.
Send 130x130 jpegs to use as background images for the in-call screen. The iDEN handsets can decode most jpegs except progressive scan jpegs.

Changes made to your contacts list will not be reflected in GTCallerID until you reload the contacts from the main menu of GTCallerID.
You need to completely exit GTCallerID and let the phone start and stop the application with phone calls. If you close your flip and the external display says GTCallerID, please go into java apps and end the program.
